Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Mumbai (Worli)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming IT support queries, including password resets and account issues

  • Provide first-line investigation and escalate complex cases as needed

  • Troubleshoot tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and M365 Admin Center

  • Monitor SLAs, email queues, and ensure high-quality ticket logging

  • Create and improve documentation, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Conduct performance checks and assist in team coaching and training

  • Collaborate with other IT support teams for queue management and reporting

  • Represent the team when the manager is unavailable

Required Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure Helpdesk Admin, and general IT support

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with incident logging, ticket categorization, and SLA-based resolution

  • Proactive approach to identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

Qualifications:
  • Graduate (any discipline)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
