Job Title: Senior Service Desk Engineer

Schedule: 24x5 global support model
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level IT support for global employees across Windows and Mac environments
Troubleshoot Office365, Active Directory, VPN, Bitlocker, MFA, and encryption tools
Act as escalation point for junior IT Service Desk agents
Provide support through MS Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, email, and voice calls
Maintain hardware/software inventory and ensure compliance
Support patch management and monitor IT SLAs
Document knowledge base articles and help train new hires
Required Skills:
Proficient in ITIL Incident and Problem Management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, VPN tools, encryption, and remote troubleshooting
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience supporting a 24x5 support model for global teams
Preferred certifications: A+, Microsoft, or Apple Certified
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
2+ years of experience in Service Desk Engineer or IT Support roles
