As a Customer Support Associate in the Training and Quality Coordination team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering top-notch service to Pearson VUE clients and test candidates. This role goes beyond conventional support by focusing on:
✅ Training Development & Delivery
Create and maintain training materials and reference guides
Conduct online training for new hires and refresher sessions
Secret shop OnVUE greeters and proctors to ensure service quality
Track training progress and measure impact via surveys and escalation reports
✅ Quality Monitoring & Coaching
Monitor calls, chats, emails, and OnVUE sessions for quality assurance
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents
Score calls and ensure customer service goals are consistently met
Use mystery shopping techniques to evaluate performance discreetly
✅ Content Management
Maintain and update client-facing guides, agent resources, and process documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content remains accurate and accessible
Improve usability of internal resources like Teams pages
